The Gratitude Breath:
1. Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
2. Take a deep breath in, counting to 4, and imagine golden light filling your body.
3. Hold for 4 counts, focusing on one thing you’re grateful for.
4. Exhale for 4 counts, releasing tension or negativity.
5. Repeat 5 times.
This practice shifts your energy instantly, bringing you back into balance and joy.
