🌱✨ Throwback to my Raw Food Journey! ✨
Back in April 2012, I took my first leap into the raw food world with a Mango Avocado Cilantro Salad. sounds fancy, right? It wasn’t the best food combining (let’s just say I learned the hard way that mango and avocado don’t always play nicely together), but hey, every journey starts somewhere! I remember chopping those mangoes and avocados, feeling like a culinary pioneer… only to realize I should’ve looked up a few tips first! But honestly, it was such a fun experiment, and it kickstarted my love for all things raw and plant-based. Now I want to hear from you. What was your first raw food dish? Hello to all moms! Before my pregnancy I had completed 7 day water fast and then a 14 day fruit fast. I understand i should speak with my OB ultimately although im curious if any of you transitioned during pregnancy. I dont want my growing baby to be impacted by the drastic changes Im definitely eating fruits for breakfast any other recs to incorporate raw meals?
