Back in April 2012, I took my first leap into the raw food world with a Mango Avocado Cilantro Salad. sounds fancy, right? It wasn’t the best food combining (let’s just say I learned the hard way that mango and avocado don’t always play nicely together), but hey, every journey starts somewhere! I remember chopping those mangoes and avocados, feeling like a culinary pioneer… only to realize I should’ve looked up a few tips first!
