Mom to be 1st trimester
Hello to all moms! Before my pregnancy I had completed 7 day water fast and then a 14 day fruit fast. I understand i should speak with my OB ultimately although im curious if any of you transitioned during pregnancy. I dont want my growing baby to be impacted by the drastic changes Im definitely eating fruits for breakfast any other recs to incorporate raw meals?
