Looking to make a lifestyle change
Hello, everyone. My name is Amarilys. I found this community while searching YouTube for ways to reset my body’s health through fasting. I am a disabled veteran so I already have certain conditions related to my military service such as bad knees and back, but recently I just found out I have a fatty liver, and within the past year I have gained more than 40 lbs. I am only in my 40s and I am in the worst shape of my life. I am committed to making changes necessary in order to feel more energy and less pain, but most importantly to be here for my family

At what daytime do you start fasting?
I am preparing for my first fast and just wondered how do you count those 3 days, when do you start to fast? Like, if I wake up and don't eat the breakfast, should I count in also the last 12 hrs since my last meal on the day before? Or I eat breakfast and then afterwards start to fast for three days on?
