HI @Isa Hanif , I'm not an expert, and this is probably a very different scenario, but I've gone through a period of extreme low self-worth (and all the emotional turmoil that goes with that) after an emotionally abusive marriage, as well as quite severe crime related trauma. And what got me through this every time, was positive self-talk, out loud repeating affirmations and declarations and "corrective" talk - in other words, I changed my "language", I changed the way I spoke and if I caught myself thinking or saying anything negative, I literally "forced" myself to "overturn" that negative thought, by saying 3 positive things about that situation / person / myself. It soon becomes a habit. The subconcious doesn't sleep and can't distinguish between reality and fantasy. It will believe anything you tell it - it's a very powerful thing!
