Start Here: Who This Is For and What We're Building Together
If you just joined welcome, sister. Before anything else, let me tell you what this space actually is. This isn't another group where you collect advice and never use it. I built this because I lived that loop myself: get inspired, plan, start, get disrupted, stop, feel ashamed, promise yourself you'll do better next week. Repeat. I know that loop intimately and I know it's not a laziness problem or a time problem. It's a self-belief problem, and it lives somewhere deeper than your to-do list. I'm Hirah, a Success & Mindset Coach, and I work with Muslim women and entrepreneurs who are done white-knuckling their way through self-doubt, anxiety, and burnout, and ready to actually rewire what's underneath it. Here's what you can expect from this community: - Honest mindset breakdowns no surface-level tips, we go to the root - A space to be witnessed without judgment, faith-centered and sister-to-sister - Practical tools (NLP-based) for the moments your strategy is right but your mind won't follow - Real accountability when I ask a question in a post, I mean it. Reply. I read every single one. So tell me, right now: what's the one thing you keep saying you'll do and never quite get to? Comment below let's start unpacking it together.

mindset shift
Your inner critic isn't your intuition. It's just louder. Intuition is calm. It doesn't shout, shame, or compare you to anyone. If the voice in your head sounds like fear dressed up as "realism" that's not wisdom. That's an old belief that never got questioned. Question it today.

We need Break sometime.
I used to apologize for resting. "Sorry I can't tonight, I'm just tired" like rest needed a permission slip. Then I realized: the Prophet ﷺ took time alone. Maryam (AS) withdrew when she needed to. Rest isn't rebellion against your responsibilities it's loyalty to the woman you're becoming. Stop apologizing for it, sister.

You're not lazy. You're stuck in a loop nobody told you about.
You already know what to do. So why aren't you doing it? Let me ask you something honestly and I want you to really sit with this. You have the courses. You've watched the videos. You've read the books. You've had the breakthroughs in your car, singing along to a podcast thinking 'this is it, THIS is what I needed.' And then Monday came. And you did... nothing. Not because you're lazy. I know you're not lazy — you work harder than almost anyone around you. But there is this gap between knowing and doing that nobody talks about. And in that gap lives a loop you've probably been stuck in for longer than you want to admit. Here's what the loop looks like: You get inspired → you plan → you start → something disrupts → you stop → you feel ashamed → you tell yourself you'll do better next week → repeat. Sound familiar? The reason this keeps happening is not a strategy problem. It is not a time problem. It is not even a motivation problem. It is a self-belief problem. Your actions can only go as far as your identity allows them to go. And the identity work the real rewiring is what nobody in your inbox is talking about. Q1 When was the last time you truly followed through on something you promised yourself and how did it feel in your body when you did? Q2 What story do you tell yourself the moment you feel momentum slipping? What does that voice actually say? Q3 If the 'not doing it' isn't about laziness what do you think it's really about for you? I ask because I was in that loop for years. And the day I stopped trying to fix my habits and started looking at what my subconscious mind actually believed everything changed. That's what I do with the women I work with. We go to the root. Not the surface. Comment if you feel aligned💕 Tell me what's the one thing you keep saying you'll do and never quite get to? I read every single reply. With love and full belief in you, Hirah
