We need Break sometime.
I used to apologize for resting.
"Sorry I can't tonight, I'm just tired" like rest needed a permission slip.
Then I realized: the Prophet ﷺ took time alone. Maryam (AS) withdrew when she needed to. Rest isn't rebellion against your responsibilities it's loyalty to the woman you're becoming.
Stop apologizing for it, sister.
