Why You Know What to Do and Still Don't Do It
You know what to do you just don't do it. That's the loop: inspired, plan, start, disrupted, stop, ashamed, "I'll do better next week." Repeat.
It's not laziness or strategy. It's self-belief your actions can only go as far as your identity allows.
Sit with this: When did you last truly follow through, and how did it feel? What does the voice say when momentum slips? If it's not laziness, what is it really?
Comment your answer I read every one.
