we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. How to live without fear or worries
1. Stop trying to control everything Much of anxiety comes from trying to control people, outcomes, timing, and the future. Peace begins when you stop fighting life constantly. 2. Return to the present moment Fear lives in imagined futures. Regret lives in the past. But your real life is happening only here, right now. 3. Understand that most fears never actually happen The mind creates worst-case scenarios far more often than reality ever does. 4. Accept that everything in life changes People change. Circumstances change. Pain changes too. The more you accept impermanence, the lighter life feels. 5. Stop carrying tomorrow before it arrives You were never meant to mentally survive every possible future all at once. Face life one step, one day, one breath at a time. 6. Learn to become comfortable with uncertainty Not knowing everything feels uncomfortable, but uncertainty is also where growth, healing, and new beginnings are born. 7. Detach from what you cannot keep forever The tighter you cling to people, outcomes, or expectations, the more fear you create inside yourself. 8. Train your mind daily Meditation, silence, mindfulness, prayer, reflection, and awareness strengthen the mind against fear and emotional chaos. 9. Stop needing complete safety all the time A perfectly predictable life does not exist. Strength grows when you realize you can survive discomfort and change. 10. Remember how much you have already survived Every painful season, heartbreak, fear, failure, and difficult chapter you thought would break you… somehow you still made it through. 11. Protect your inner peace from unnecessary negativity Constant bad news, toxic people, comparison, and emotional chaos quietly feed fear inside the mind. 12. Focus on what you can control Your effort, attitude, reactions, habits, and choices matter far more than endless worrying. 13. Let go of the need for constant certainty Life unfolds step by step. You do not need every answer before moving forward.
How to heal from past trauma.
1. Allow yourself to feel what you buried Suppressed emotions stay trapped inside the body and mind. Healing begins when you finally let yourself release them. 2. Stop pretending you’re completely “over it” Pain that is ignored does not disappear. It quietly shows up through fear, reactions, anxiety, overthinking, and emotional exhaustion. 3. Understand that trauma is not your identity What happened to you matters—but it does not define your worth, your future, or who you truly are. 4. Stop blaming yourself for how you survived You coped the best way you could with the awareness, strength, and safety you had at the time. 5. Create safety in your current life Healthy boundaries, calm routines, peaceful environments, and emotionally safe people help your nervous system heal. 6. Be patient with your healing process Some wounds heal slowly and in layers. Progress is not always linear, and setbacks do not mean failure. 7. Learn how to calm your nervous system Deep breathing, mindfulness, meditation, prayer, walking, silence, and rest teach your body that danger is no longer present. 8. Let go of revenge and resentment slowly Holding onto anger keeps your mind emotionally tied to the pain that hurt you. 9. Speak to yourself more gently The wounded parts of you need compassion, patience, understanding, and softness—not more criticism. 10. Accept that healing does not erase the memory Healing changes your relationship with the past so it no longer controls your present life. 11. Stop minimizing what hurt you Pain does not become less real simply because others had different experiences. 12. You do not need to heal at someone else’s pace Everyone processes grief, fear, pain, and recovery differently. 13. Rest is part of healing too An exhausted mind and body struggle to recover emotionally. Slowing down can be necessary. 14. Learn to trust yourself again Trauma often damages self-trust. Healing rebuilds your connection with your own intuition and inner safety.
