ready for your next breakthrough? (free breathwork inside!)
Your next breakthrough is around “expression” The more you express yourself, the more you embrace the unknown and put out the energy of the real you If you feel blocked or stuck in your life right now… this may be the key to releasing the energy stored inside the body I know for me for years I held back expressing the real me I would put off uncomfortable conversations, I would not express how I felt… I would put off setting boundaries, and I would “wait until the time felt right” Even back in 2017 before I committed to daily youtube videos… I was holding back the real me and BEING who I learned to be Someone who tolerated a job I didn’t like and managers who reminded me of the childhood dynamic of control growing up The fear around expression for me was being afraid to disappoint people Was being judged or causing other people to feel tension What I realized for myself was this… Whether I made the choice to EXPRESS the real me or not… Either way… there is tension! Tension is either inside of me hidden and unexpressed… I’d feel frustrated with a job I hated and secretly resented my life I’d hold myself back from expressing the real me and resent myself or others for my situation Or if I EXPRESSED… There may be tension because that is not familiar and what if others feel tension due to me expressing the real me Prior to expressing I’d feel all sorts of ways in my body Before expressing how I felt to someone… putting out my first piece of content, etc TENSION is a part of the process! The key is choosing to express the real you because its who you choose to be! It is liberating to express it so it also leaves your body You will feel more free, more self accepting and have respect for yourself The key will be knowing that it is not your job to control how people respond to you Let your expression be the filter to which you attract the people who resonate with the real you and the repellant to those that don’t In what ways can you express yourself?

Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

The Many Faces of a Soulmate
We often speak of soulmates as if there’s only one, a single person written in the stars just for us. But life feels more like a constellation than a straight line. Our soulmates can be many, arriving in different forms and at different moments along our journey. Not only lovers, but friends, family, and even brief encounters that leave a lasting imprint. In fact, the idea of a soulmate goes far beyond romance, it’s simply someone with whom we share a deep, natural love connection, in any form. A soulmate is someone who meets you exactly where you are. They are the perfect companion for the identity and situation you are living in that moment. And when you shift, when you grow, heal, or expand, the connection can change too. Not because it wasn’t real, but because its role was fulfilled. And here’s something we don’t talk about enough: soulmates do coexist. We are capable of sharing deep, meaningful love with more than one person at the same time. Our capacity to love is not limited, it expands. The more we tap into it, the more it grows, like a flame that doesn’t divide when shared, it multiplies. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ In the picture attached, you can see one of my soulmates, my brother. (He's making faces like a little boy... he just can't avoid being funny when we are together 😁) This is a lifetime of unconditional love… maybe even one that echoes across other timelines. He’s a successful businessman in his 50s, grounded, experienced, living his path. And yet, when we are together, the child I helped raise always finds his way back to meet me. I’ve always been a source of love, support and care in his life. I feel him as my first child. - When he’s with me, his inner child softens. He feels safe, seen, and deeply loved. - And when I’m with him, something in me lights up. A quiet, pure joy, effortless and full. You can almost feel it just by looking at us. He is my first and eternal soulmate. We meet heart to heart, in unconditional love always. And in those moments, my soul overflows…

Tree hugs... I'm addicted!
There are two kinds of people in this world: those who hug trees… and those who haven’t tried it properly yet 🌳😄 Because let’s be honest. A tree hug isn’t just a hug. It’s a full-on, no-judgment, bark-textured therapy session. You walk up feeling like a slightly overcooked noodle of stress… and suddenly you’re wrapped around this ancient, quietly majestic being that’s been standing there longer than your entire to-do list has existed. 🌿 Your nervous system: “Wait… are we safe?” 🌿 Your thoughts: “Why is this… actually nice?” 🌿 The tree: photosynthesizing like a legend And then something subtle happens. Your breath slows down. Your shoulders drop about three centimeters closer to peace. Your brain, that usually runs like a caffeinated squirrel, takes a little nap. Science will tell you about grounding, reduced cortisol, and all that clever biology stuff. But your body already knows. It feels like plugging your soul into a quiet, green charger 🔌🌱 Also… trees don’t care if you’re successful, messy, brilliant, confused, or wearing yesterday’s emotions like a wrinkled shirt. They’re just like: “Hi. You exist. That’s enough. Stand here a bit.” And honestly… when was the last time you got that kind of unconditional welcome? Bonus perks of tree hugging: - Zero Wi-Fi, yet surprisingly strong connection - Excellent listeners, terrible gossips - No one interrupts you mid-thought - Free oxygen, no subscription required So next time life gets loud, try this: Find a tree. Say nothing. Lean in. You might walk away feeling lighter…or at the very least, slightly more photosynthetically aligned 🌞🌿

8 habits that damage your brain
1. Staying in the dark too much. Your brain needs natural light to regulate mood, sleep, and energy. Lack of sunlight disrupts your internal clock and slowly affects mental clarity and emotional balance. 2. Consuming too much negative news. Constant exposure to negativity keeps your mind in a state of fear and stress. Over time, it rewires your thinking toward anxiety, not awareness. 3. Social isolation. Humans are wired for connection. Prolonged isolation doesn’t just affect emotions—it impacts cognitive health and increases feelings of emptiness and overthinking. 4. Blasting your headphones on full volume. Loud, constant noise strains your brain and damages hearing. Silence isn’t empty—it’s essential for mental recovery and focus. 5. Poor sleeping habits. Sleep is when your brain repairs, resets, and detoxifies. Inconsistent or poor sleep slowly weakens memory, focus, and emotional control. 6. Consuming too much sugar. Excess sugar spikes energy temporarily—but crashes your brain function long-term. It affects mood, focus, and even increases brain fog. 7. 𝖳𝗈𝗈 𝗆𝗎𝖼𝗁 𝗌𝖼𝗋𝖾𝖾𝗇 𝗍𝗂𝗆𝖾. 𝖤𝗇𝖽𝗅𝖾𝗌𝗌 𝗌𝖼𝗋𝗈𝗅𝗅𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗋𝗅𝗈𝖺𝖽𝗌 𝗒𝗈𝗎𝗋 𝖻𝗋𝖺𝗂𝗇 𝗐𝗂𝗍𝗁 𝗂𝗇𝖿𝗈𝗋𝗆𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇. 𝖨𝗍 𝗋𝖾𝖽𝗎𝖼𝖾𝗌 𝖺𝗍𝗍𝖾𝗇𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇 𝗌𝗉𝖺𝗇, 𝗂𝗇𝖼𝗋𝖾𝖺𝗌𝖾𝗌 𝖽𝗂𝗌𝗍𝗋𝖺𝖼𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇, 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖽𝗂𝗌𝖼𝗈𝗇𝗇𝖾𝖼𝗍𝗌 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 𝗋𝖾𝖺𝗅-𝗐𝗈𝗋𝗅𝖽 𝖺𝗐𝖺𝗋𝖾𝗇𝖾𝗌𝗌. 8. 𝖡𝖺𝗋𝖾𝗅𝗒 𝗆𝗈𝗏𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗍𝗁𝗋𝗈𝗎𝗀𝗁𝗈𝗎𝗍 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖽𝖺𝗒. 𝖠 𝗌𝗍𝗂𝗅𝗅 𝖻𝗈𝖽𝗒 𝗅𝖾𝖺𝖽𝗌 𝗍𝗈 𝖺 𝗌𝗅𝗎𝗀𝗀𝗂𝗌𝗁 𝗆𝗂𝗇𝖽. 𝖬𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗍 𝗂𝗆𝗉𝗋𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗌 𝖻𝗅𝗈𝗈𝖽 𝖿𝗅𝗈𝗐 𝗍𝗈 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖻𝗋𝖺𝗂𝗇, 𝖻𝗈𝗈𝗌𝗍𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖼𝗅𝖺𝗋𝗂𝗍𝗒, 𝗆𝗈𝗈𝖽, 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗋𝖺𝗅𝗅 𝖼𝗈𝗀𝗇𝗂𝗍𝗂𝗏𝖾 𝗁𝖾𝖺𝗅𝗍𝗁. Your brain isn’t just affected by big decisions… it’s shaped by small daily habits. Protect it, train it, and nourish it— because your mind is your greatest asset.
