we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Support it with whole foods, less processed sugar, minimal alcohol, proper hydration, and quality sleep. 8. NERVOUS SYSTEM — Learning New Skills Your brain loves challenge and growth. Learning something new strengthens neural connections and helps keep your mind adaptable and sharp. 9. MENTAL HEALTH — Time with Loved Ones Human connection is powerful medicine. Meaningful relationships reduce stress, increase resilience, and bring a deeper sense of belonging. 10. BODY CLOCK — A Consistent Sleep Schedule Your body functions best with rhythm. Going to bed and waking up at the same time each day helps regulate hormones, energy levels, and overall well-being. Take care of your body in simple ways... and it will take care of you in powerful ways. Most people wait until their health is damaged before they start paying attention. But health is not built in hospitals.

How stress makes you sick?And how to deal with it
1. Stress keeps your body stuck in survival mode. When your mind believes danger is everywhere, your body never fully relaxes. → Handle it: Slow down daily. Deep breathing, silence, or mindfulness remind your body that you are safe. 2. It weakens your immune system over time. Constant stress drains your body's ability to recover, heal, and stay resilient. → Handle it: Prioritize sleep, hydration, nutritious food, and regular rest. 3. It disrupts your sleep. A stressed mind struggles to switch off, creating a cycle of exhaustion and anxiety. → Handle it: Create a calming nighttime routine and reduce screens before bed. 4. It affects your digestion. Stress can lead to bloating, acidity, stomach discomfort, and changes in appetite. → Handle it: Eat slowly, chew properly, and avoid rushing through meals. 5. It clouds your thinking. When overwhelmed, even simple decisions feel difficult. Overthinking becomes constant. → Handle it: Focus on one task at a time instead of carrying everything at once. 6. It makes you emotionally reactive. Small problems begin feeling much bigger than they actually are. → Handle it: Pause before reacting. A few deep breaths can change everything. 7. It pulls you away from the present moment. Your mind gets trapped in worries, fears, and worst-case scenarios. → Handle it: Ground yourself through nature, walking, breathing, or simple awareness. 8. It drains your energy and motivation. You feel exhausted not because you're lazy—but because your system is overloaded. → Handle it: Start with one small action. Momentum slowly restores energy. 9. It creates tension throughout the body. Stress often hides in tight shoulders, headaches, jaw tension, and physical discomfort. → Handle it: Stretch, move your body, and release accumulated tension regularly. 10. It steals joy from everyday life. When stress takes over, you stop appreciating the small moments that make life meaningful. → Handle it: Practice gratitude and intentionally notice small moments of peace each day.

Habits that can destroy your health.
1. Sleeping too little while calling it “productivity” Your body can survive exhaustion for a while… but eventually it collects the debt through stress, burnout, anxiety, and illness. 2. Living in constant stress A stressed mind slowly weakens the entire body—heart, digestion, immunity, hormones, sleep, and emotional health. 3. Sitting for most of the day The body was designed to move. Lack of movement quietly affects energy, posture, circulation, metabolism, and mental health. 4. Eating processed food daily What you eat becomes your energy, mood, focus, and long-term health. The body remembers repeated habits. 5. Ignoring emotional pain Unhealed stress, grief, trauma, and anxiety often appear physically through headaches, fatigue, stomach issues, and exhaustion. 6. Spending too much time on screens Constant scrolling overstimulates the brain, reduces attention span, disturbs sleep, and increases comparison and mental fatigue. 7. Drinking too little water Dehydration affects focus, mood, digestion, energy levels, and even anxiety more than most people realize. 8. Living with no real rest Being constantly busy is not the same as being healthy. Your nervous system needs peace too. 9. Neglecting sunlight and fresh air Nature, movement, sunlight, and proper breathing deeply affect both physical and emotional well-being. 10. Surrounding yourself with negativity The people, conversations, and environments around you silently shape your mental and physical health every day. The dangerous thing about unhealthy habits is that they rarely hurt immediately. They damage the body slowly… until one day the body begins asking for help through pain, exhaustion, and illness. Take care of yourself before your body forces you to.
