hi everyone! great call today! we talked about the real transformation that happens when you stop trying to control your patterns and start accepting the emotions underneath them you may be aware of your people-pleasing, perfectionism, hyper-independence or fixer patterns but awareness alone doesn’t always create freedom these patterns were often created as survival mechanisms at some point, a part of you learned, “If I please, I’ll be loved” “If I’m perfect, I’ll be safe” or “If I do everything myself, I won’t be let down” but the pattern is not who you are. it’s simply something you learned to feel safe letting go isn’t about forcing yourself to change overnight it’s about observing the old pattern, feeling the emotion behind it, and choosing let it go to feel more whole and complete when you stop trying to manage everyone else’s emotions stop needing the outcome to look a certain way and begin accepting where you are right now…you shift into that new version of you that wanted to express itself embodiment begins by loving the part of you that created the pattern, and allowing yourself to become free! This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Emergency life hacks that actually work
1. Too much in your head? Clench your fists tightly for 10 seconds… then slowly release. This helps discharge built-up tension and redirects mental energy back into the body. 2. Feeling emotionally numb? Splash cold water on your face. Cold stimulation activates your nervous system and can instantly make you feel more present and awake. 3. Heart racing or anxiety rising? Place one hand on your chest and one on your stomach. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale slowly for 8. Long exhales tell the body: you are safe. 4. Lacking motivation? Do something productive for just one minute. The brain responds to movement, not pressure. Tiny action creates momentum. 5. Feeling low in confidence? Stand tall with your chest open and feet grounded for 60 seconds. Your posture affects your emotional state more than you realize. 6. Can’t think clearly? Chew something crunchy or sour. Strong sensory input helps interrupt mental fog and brings focus back online. 7. Feeling dissociated or mentally “gone”? Name 3 things you hear. Then 3 things you can physically feel. Grounding techniques reconnect you to the present moment. 8. Wanting to cry but emotionally blocked? Hum deeply with your mouth closed. The vibration helps regulate the nervous system and release emotional tension. 9. Overstimulated or mentally exhausted? Cover your eyes gently with your palms and sit quietly for one minute. Darkness and stillness help the brain reset from sensory overload. 10. Stuck in comparison and self-doubt? Remove one distraction. Then do one thing your past self would be proud of. Confidence grows through action, not comparison. Sometimes the body knows how to calm the mind… we just forget to listen to it. Small actions can interrupt big emotional spirals.
