the power of letting go + HW from today’s call
hi everyone! great call today! we talked about the real transformation that happens when you stop trying to control your patterns and start accepting the emotions underneath them you may be aware of your people-pleasing, perfectionism, hyper-independence or fixer patterns but awareness alone doesn’t always create freedom these patterns were often created as survival mechanisms at some point, a part of you learned, “If I please, I’ll be loved” “If I’m perfect, I’ll be safe” or “If I do everything myself, I won’t be let down” but the pattern is not who you are. it’s simply something you learned to feel safe letting go isn’t about forcing yourself to change overnight it’s about observing the old pattern, feeling the emotion behind it, and choosing let it go to feel more whole and complete when you stop trying to manage everyone else’s emotions stop needing the outcome to look a certain way and begin accepting where you are right now…you shift into that new version of you that wanted to express itself embodiment begins by loving the part of you that created the pattern, and allowing yourself to become free! AND if you want to continue the transformation and make it STICK permanently! Join The Shift Academy and get all bonuses here including the live kickoff call that starts May 12th! https://www.theshiftexperience.com/tsa-april-20261777109851528 HW for today: 💫 what was your BIGGEST takeaway from today’s call? 💫 how can you let go of your pattern and shift into that new identity? share your insights in the comments below!

Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Stop Starting Over.
One of the biggest shifts I’ve made at 51 is letting go of the idea that I need to “start over” every time I slip up. I used to think a missed workout, a weekend off track, or a few poor choices meant I had failed and needed a reset. But that mindset kept me stuck in a loop for years always beginning again, never really building momentum. Now I see it differently. I don’t start over anymore. I just continue. One imperfect day doesn’t erase the work I’ve done, and it doesn’t cancel the direction I’m heading in. Progress, for me now, is about staying in motion especially when it’s not perfect. 💬: What’s one thing you’ve been able to stay consistent with simply by letting go of the “all or nothing” mindset?
Stop Starting Over.
We must break our attachment to memory
Most people think they are suffering because of what happened years ago. But in truth, they suffer because they keep reopening the wound in their mind. The event ended. The moment passed. The people changed. Life moved on. But the mind keeps replaying it— again and again and again. The Buddha taught that attachment is the root of suffering. And one of the deepest attachments humans carry is attachment to memory. We cling to old pain, old betrayals, old regrets, old versions of ourselves. We carry conversations that ended years ago. We relive moments we cannot change. We punish ourselves for mistakes already buried in time. And slowly, the past becomes a prison we keep rebuilding from the inside. But look closely… Right now, in this exact moment— the past is nowhere to be found. It exists only as thought. Only as memory. Only as mental repetition. The pain returns because the mind keeps feeding it attention. That is why mindfulness is so powerful. When you fully return to the present moment, you begin to see reality clearly: You are no longer there. You survived it. You outlived it. You are here now. And this moment— this breath— is where your life actually exists. The Buddha never taught people to erase memory. He taught them not to become imprisoned by it. Learn from the past. But do not live there. Because no matter how painful yesterday was, it cannot hurt you again unless you keep carrying it into today. Healing begins the moment you stop asking, “Why did it happen?” and start asking, “Why am I still holding it?” Let it go. Not because it didn’t matter… but because your peace matters more.
