You Learned to Keep Going—Not to Pause.
Does anyone else feel like “doing nothing” is weirdly hard?
Like you finally have a pocket of time and instead of resting, your brain starts listing everything you could be doing.
✅Laundry.
✅Emails.
✅Cleaning.
✅Catching up.
✅Planning.
✅Responding.
✅Organizing your entire life for no reason.
It’s wild how quickly rest can start to feel irresponsible.
But then we wonder why we’re tired all the time.
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately…
Maybe rest feels uncomfortable because we’ve trained ourselves to only feel valuable when we’re doing something.
💭: Anyone else relate to this?
