You are not lazy
What we call "laziness" is almost always something else.
Sometimes it's exhaustion, not from work, but from the constant battle with yourself, from how many thoughts you carry every day, from how much energy you use just to convince yourself to start.
Sometimes it's fear of failure, of being seen, of what would happen if you really succeeded.
And sometimes it's just an old protective pattern, something you learned who knows when, that tells you: if you don't try, you can't fail. If you don't start, you can't be disappointed.
Think about the last thing you put off. Something important to you, not some chore.
And ask yourself, honestly: did I really not want to do it? Or did I protect myself from some failure, judgment, disappointment?
