What is your go to RE-SET practice for stress?
What is your go to RE-SET practice or tool to release the stress and regain equilibrium? 🌿
Mine is to do introspect or do a deep self reflection session where I uncover, connect and integrate what is calling for attention. I feel restored and more whole afterwards. I was always a contemplative type so use it and share it with others.
