Truth is there are no bad parts of yourself just abandoned and ignored parts, that you have suppressed and stuffed and it stays in the body and will eventually create dis-ease. I don't know about you but this world has been challenging and I am realizing that it's all part of it. The Pineal is suppose to open, it hasn't opened because we are living from the outside in, instead of the inside out.
