What we invite, allow, or tolerate can reflect wounded or misaligned parts of ourselves—not as blame, especially in trauma or abusive dynamics, but as learned survival patterns rooted in fear, protection, or keeping the peace.
As we heal, reclaim our inner truth, and move beyond survival mode, we begin making healthier choices and setting stronger boundaries. This transformation takes time and practice as we integrate our past experiences, and new framework.
Through that deeper self-awareness and healing, we often realize certain relationships, behaviors, and environments no longer align. We can then release what no longer serves us and open ourselves to what truly does.
