Pain Is Sacred
Pain isn’t a punishment.
Pain is the f*cking portal.
Everyone wants the pleasure — the peace, the joy, the freedom…
But they don’t want the process that earns it.
You think you deserve a beautiful life without bleeding for it?
You think you can unlock peace without walking through the storm?
Pain is necessary.
It sharpens you.
It humbles you.
It clears out the weakness you didn’t even know you were carrying.
And the truth is…
I don’t avoid pain anymore.
I chase it.
I run when my legs are screaming.
I lift when my mind says stop.
I sit in silence when the demons come up.
Why?
Because the deeper I go into pain…
The more real the pleasure becomes.
A cold plunge makes the sun feel like heaven.
A long run makes stillness feel divine.
And after discipline, peace hits different.
No pain = no polarity. No contrast = no joy.
You weren’t made to escape discomfort.
You were made to transcend it.
So feel it all.
Embrace the suck.
Cry if you need to — then stand back up and bless the pain for making you stronger.
Don’t chase pleasure.
Chase purpose.
Let the pain carve space for the light.
That’s the only way this life will ever feel real.
