Mother Son
I did my first meditation on here last night when I went to sit with my teenage son at bedtime. We listened to the meditation together and halfway through he held my hand and told me that he loved me.🥹 He will rarely do a full meditation with me so it was just such a nice moment.
If you don’t have a teenage, believe this was a little treasure moment.🤣🥹 🙏🏼
