Does anyone know if when you join, if the 4 live calls are group calls or personal calls where you get to talk specifically about your personal question?

We get to be alive!!! All right now, together at the same time. 🙏🏼 We get to breathe, we get to feel, we’ve been able to hear and relate to each others painful and amazing experiences. We’re alive. Haha sit with that. In your body, in presence. And if you look up at the sky or just sit with nature, no labels, no judgments, no stories we’ve created or have been “given”, you will see how we’re here for a blip of an incredible experience. Yet, some how so many of us hold our selves weighted down by made up stories and unintentional patterns. Did you feel the vibe shift even right there? LET GO… Once you harness the energy inside of yourself and stop going in circles, you won’t gAF!! About what any one projects onto you or around you. Miriam, and everyone else, you’ll be able to forgive because, again, there’s nothing to forgive. I’m not religious but I love the quote “Love them anyways, for they do not know what they are doing.” Apparently said by Jesus. Let it go… you are not these stories. You are energy having an experience. You get to feel everything which is incredible. You get to be alive. Detach from the stories. Detach from the patterns. I did my first meditation on here last night when I went to sit with my teenage son at bedtime. We listened to the meditation together and halfway through he held my hand and told me that he loved me.🥹 He will rarely do a full meditation with me so it was just such a nice moment. If you don’t have a teenage, believe this was a little treasure moment.🤣🥹 🙏🏼

There’s one verse specifically in Lubalin’s song “Pale Blue Dot” that is the tip of beautiful quest of life. It goes like this… When you were a kid Didn't the answers you'd get only lead you to more questions? Seems like the longer you go asking why The closer you get to the darkness inside But it’s only dark because you haven’t shined light on it yet. Language is so limiting. Dark does not equal bad, bad does not equal evil. Ying and yang, that balance, need to coexist. Where there is darkness, when the light of consciousness is shined, there you’ll find love. They almost need each other, the darkness and the light.

Observe what you’ve been fighting. Observe that tension involving the issue and yourself and how you have reacted. Watch what’s been playing out instead of DOing anything about it.
