I realized a deep rooted belief
I uncovered the following deep rooted belief when it comes to romantic relationships: Attachment is proof that it is/was real. If I let go it means I never experienced a meaningful relationship up to this point. So I feel comfortable and at home with the negative and self destructive thoughts cause at least I it makes me believe I experienced something special.
My longest ‘relationship’ was about 2 months and it takes me more time to move past it than the relationship actually lasted.
How do I change that belief cause I don’t want this to take years like it did in the past after a relationship that was 1 month? Would love your guidance, support, ideas 💡♥️
