Your well-being cannot be reliant on your emotional state.
You don't need to be happy all the time; it's just an emotion.
Don't resist them, don't shame them...
Emotions are visitors.
But there is you letting emotions go through you.
You are the peace, the stillness; you are the one who is observing the emotional state.
Alignment is that I am not identifying with my emotions.
I am looking upon the emotions; there is sadness, there is anger, there is happiness...
I am calm even though there is emotion.
So there is a difference between awakened and non-awakened.
You can't understand the paradox, you only can exeprience that - mindfulness, meditation, and staying out of the ego.
If something is wrong in a real situation, can emotion solve the problem?
Is getting mad in a grocery store going to fix the problem of waiting?
It's ok to be mad, but the thing is to give time to release the emotion and then make a decision.
