have you experienced dark night of the soul?
okay so i think i may have been experiencing this recently and it's been a very wild rollercoaster of a dark and deep but beautiful (afterwards!) ride, uurgh!
energies seem to be shifting like no other collectively so if you're feeling out of whack then just know you ain't alone!
ride the wave...or storm...or tsunami in a storm? haha and you'll come through it feeling lighter and more at home, but it ain't just an overnight thing, oh nooo lol
get comfortable with being uncomfortable 😉
