My main insight is knowing where my core identity stems from, childhood. If wanting something out loud gets it cancelled, then I’ll stop wanting it out loud. If needing care gets me in trouble, I’ll become the one who doesn’t need much. If my excitement makes trouble, I’ll dim it before it shows.

The helper, the strong one, the easy one who doesn’t need much. Three costumes, one decision made a long time ago.

My take away from this #Day1HW.

The good things are mine to keep. My excitement is safe out loud. I don’t have to take it away first.
