confusing
im sorry if you have heard this story before, but im still confused.
i have a friend who is male, and we get along really well.
He's always there for me etc and listens, but never shares anything with me.
I mean when I ask what he has been doing, i get no answer, but i will share everything i've been doing and who i met, everything.
I feel its a control thing from him, but others may say thats his personality.
I have said just last week, 'how come you don't share anything, you just deflect when i ask a question'? he said he's very private.
But it feels unfair and unbalanced. He knows everything i think, feel and do, but i know nothing about him.
The reason im still friends with him is we can talk about spiritual things, and he's sensitive, and will be there for me if i need someone to talk to etc. I also like listening though, so it just feels confusing.
Last time he called, i shared nothing, i mirrored how he is, and i feel very closed now towards him.
