Waking up
The more I wake up spiritually the more sensitive I am to sounds, energy all of it.. and I feel more alone. I thought I’d feel the opposite. But I know I’m not alone I have guides around.. I mean physically. I find there aren’t as many ppl I relate to. And I find I like ppl less. And love animals more.

Vibration
How do u keep your vibration high all day? If I didn’t work in a job I know I could keep my vibration high.. but when I’m around certain energies for a few hours I noticed my energy and vibe go down… Is it possible to keep it elevated all day no matter who you are around? Been listening to Abraham hicks a lot and just noticing when my energy changes

@Andrew Brooks you're wise to do that, my vibe is ok, just wanting to be alone all the time and be in my own world. I had to go to the dentist today and the dentist told me to breathe, and it did help. I know its different to what you meant but yeah just taking some breaths can help true.

@Andrew Brooks that’s interesting about why we go to certain food when we’re feeling a certain emotion or whatever… I still go to certain things.. Ill try the breathing when it happens next .. thanks
Fasting
Hi someone here recommended I fast for 48 hours .. has anyone tried it? Was it hard at first? I don’t mean intermittent fasting …. but just water for 48 hours… I’m thinking of trying it…

Copying
What do you do if you feel someone is copying you… To me it’s Not a compliment or flattery .. I think for myself and respect others like that.. Something happened and this person copied some of my ideas and I get so annoyed .. has it happened to you and how do you handle it.

True whenever I eat sugar I feel more moody.. I only eat it once in a while… I agree that what we eat affects everything..

@Andrew Brooks yeah I agree about the negative thoughts after sugar it happens to me too unless I’m really craving it and it’s aligned.. sugar also makes me tired.. but fruit is ok for me
