"There is no particle in the universe that God is not with, in the sense that an illusion without truth and a shadow without essence cannot exist; and this statement can only be understood through an example: Know that, according to the philosophers, air is the manifestation of non-existence, and mirage is the manifestation of existence. The existence of the mirage is dependent on the air, and the appearance of the air is dependent on the mirage; thus, air is the reality of the mirage, and the mirage is the form of the air. Therefore, understand the presence of God with the universe in the same way that the presence of air is with the mirage; and here it has been said that 'the entire world is but a dream within a dream or a sleep within a sleep.'"
