If you are feeling stuck in any aspect of your life, maybe is healthy eating, exercise, relationships, work, you name it.. the one thing you need to do today is just start moving in the right direction, don't wait until you feel capable, until is not messy or is the "perfect time" start NOW little by little, if ALL you could do today was 10% then 10% was your 100% today, stop being hard on yourself in the middle of chaos!!!
