A-ha moment and reconnection with Inner Child 🥹

Hi everyone 🤍 how are you today?

I wanted to share an unprecedented A-ha moment I've just had, and that clicked thanks to two songs in a very different way.

I was in a group meditation session, in which at the beginning and end of the practice there is usually some background music, or sometimes a song.

Today, the opening song was "Gabriel" by Lamb, which in my culture is the main theme of an extremely stupid rom-com we all watched in our early teens 🥲 Well, it literally did make me fly to the 13-year-old me 🚀 and a few seconds into the song, I made such a trivial but A-ha click: the roots of my self-built cage and their foundation is all there, in that moment in time. It hurt and healed so much and made me realize how much I love my inner child 🫂

Then, the closing track: "To Build a Home". This is one of those songs I ban myself from listening to, just to avoid sinking into the abyss 🥲 well, today I found that I am finally able to rewrite its meaning to me 🤍

I have no idea where the Whole is taking me and that's okay because it is taking me into myself.
