🌿 Welcome to Highly Beloved!
We’re so glad you’ve found your way here. Highly Beloved is a conscious community for those seeking a more intentional and devotional relationship with Cannabis as a sacred plant teacher. We explore this plant not as a substance, but as a living relationship—one that calls us toward greater awareness, discernment, integrity and gratitude. Whether you are actively working with the plant, holding intentional space away from consumption or simply exploring ways to deepen your relationship with Cannabis, this group aims to offer thoughtful conversations, practical guidance, community and an ever-growing body of wisdom to support every season of the journey. 🧭 Where to Begin We are just getting started. For now, you’ll find a handful of videos gleaned from prior work, including a meditation ceremony you can practice alongside in the Classroom. Scroll through our first posts to get a sense of who we are and where we are headed. 🌱 What’s Coming We will soon begin sharing new resources, starting more conversations and holding a monthly Zoom gathering. Take your time. Explore. Reflect. And if what you discover resonates with your own path, we’d be honored to have you walk alongside us.

What Cannabis Has Been Teaching Me
I recently posted part of this video to our community's public Instagram channel, but there is more that I want to share with those of you joining Highly Beloved on Skool. What comes after the public-facing portion feels, in many ways, like the heart of why I created Highly Beloved. This summer has brought me into one of the deepest periods of learning I’ve ever had with Cannabis: moving from a long period of abstinence, back into relationship with her, through a stretch where that relationship became much more habitual than I intended, and eventually toward something I’ve been seeking for years — the ability to be with her deeply without needing to keep going back. I’m sharing this not as a prescription for how anyone else should work with Cannabis, but as a window into my own process of learning what discernment, space, restraint and integration can actually look like in relationship with this plant. Because I increasingly believe the question isn’t simply whether Cannabis is “good” or “bad” for us. The more interesting question is: What kind of relationship are we building with her? And perhaps even more importantly: Can we learn to receive what she gives us without continually asking her for more? 🌿

What Cannabis Has Been Teaching Me
Trailer: Interview with Medicine Man, Alex Stickler
FULL INTERVIEW IN THE CLASSROOM What changes when we stop relating to cannabis simply as a substance and begin approaching her as a conscious plant teacher? This conversation explores that question from many angles: intention, reciprocity, the light and shadow of cannabis, creating healthy boundaries and learning to recognize what the plant may be revealing beneath our habitual patterns. We also explore how a more conscious relationship can deepen not only cannabis’s healing potential, but her gifts of creativity, music, connection and joy. This trailer offers a glimpse into the full conversation, available to Highly Beloved paid members in the Classroom.
