Mindset : Last 2 weeks of March was full of social Vibes, high energy and lots of movement. We celebrated Indian(Hindu) Festival Holi and yesterday we celebrated Easter with friends and their kids.
Movement : Started going gym and doing Yoga everyday. Sauna, Steam and cold Plunge everyday.
Micronutrient : Taking the supplements on time and having very healthy food with controlled portion.
