Hello everyone! I have completed three of the challenges for week one and learned a lot.
My next question is how to read my A1C. Is it an accurate reading after just one week? Mine is 5.5, and my googling has lead me to see that under 5.7 is normal but I seem to be in the normal high category? Is this something I should be concerned about. I am 25 and eat pretty healthy but have had a lot of stress in my life dealing with my own chronic pain and trying to continue with everyday life.
Has anyone else learned anything but their A1C?
