7 Day High Frequency Challenge
Most people want progress but their daily habits keep them stuck in low frequency patterns involving distraction, comfort and emotional decisions. So we are going to reset the standard for the next 7 days. . This challenge is simple yet powerful and effective, if you follow it properly you will notice how much control you actually have over yourself. THE RULES (for 7 days) 1. NO PHONE FOR THE FIRST 30 MINUTES AFTER WAKING UP start your day intentionally not reactively. 2. DO ONE DIFFICULT TASK EARLY IN THE DAY This will make the hard things seem easier and will allow you to avoid distraction 3. CATCH YOURSELF ON AUTOPILOT AT LEAST ONCE when you notice it, pause and act intentionally instead 4. POST YOUR DAILY WIN IN THIS THREAD small wins compound into serious progress WHY THIS WORKS . Most people try to change everything at once, here we are focusing on awareness, discipline and execution. These 3 habits raise your operating standard immediately. High frequency lifestyle (HFL) is continuous and forever ongoing, its a ever lasting process rather than a outcome or destination, you will reach goals and as I like to say, checkpoints, but the main success is found in the continuous improvement and sustainment of your best self. It’s more about showing up everyday with consistent effort than showing up at a high intensity inconsistently. You’ll make far better progress and also enjoy the process as it unfolds. Choose consistency, set up systems and follow them.
