7 Day High Frequency Challenge
Most people want progress but their daily habits keep them stuck in low frequency patterns involving distraction, comfort and emotional decisions.
So we are going to reset the standard for the next 7 days.

THE RULES (for 7 days)
  1. NO PHONE FOR THE FIRST 30 MINUTES AFTER WAKING UP
start your day intentionally not reactively.
2. DO ONE DIFFICULT TASK EARLY IN THE DAY
This will make the hard things seem easier and will allow you to avoid distraction
3. CATCH YOURSELF ON AUTOPILOT AT LEAST ONCE
when you notice it, pause and act intentionally instead
4. POST YOUR DAILY WIN IN THIS THREAD
small wins compound into serious progress
