Scoring/Constraints (Optional): (How to gamify, e.g., “+1 for perfect pass, –1 for missed serve”) Coaching Cues: (Key reminders for athletes) Progressions/Variations: (How to make it easier, harder, or adaptable for different age groups) Diagram: (Attach a diagram or image of setup — use Hey Coach! template or whiteboard, or simply take a picture of your notebook) Video Link: (YouTube link showing the drill in action, if available) ✅ Posting Guidelines - Always include Skill Focus and a Diagram or Video (when possible). - Be specific with instructions so other coaches can run the drill without confusion. - Keep feedback constructive—suggest improvements, share variations. - Credit original sources if you didn’t create the drill yourself. 💡 Pro Tip Use the comments to share how you’ve rated and adapted the drill or to ask questions about variations. The more we share, the more valuable this library becomes.
