How did we get here? If someone wastes away to 90 lbs, society rushes to intervene. “This is dangerous. You need help.” But if someone eats themselves into morbid obesity, they’re praised for “self-love.” 🔹 Both are self-destructive. 🔹 Both are fueled by emotional pain, stress, and trauma. 🔹 Both are deadly. And yet, one is banned from social media while the other is glorified. In law enforcement, where 80% of officers are overweight or obese, this isn’t just about public opinion—it’s about your life, your performance, and your ability to show up when it matters most. 🔥 Your body is not a political statement. It’s your responsibility. 🔥 Mental health and physical health are inseparable.
