New recon calculator update 7.15.2026 v1.4 🧬
We just shipped a completely rebuilt **Reconstitution Calculator** on Helix 360. It's live on the home page now, and it's designed to remove the math, the guesswork, and the "wait, did I already save this?" moments from your research prep. ## 🔬 What's new **1. Auto-fill from the compound database** Pick a compound from the directory and the calculator pulls its vial sizes, reconstitution notes, and dosing protocols automatically. No more re-keying numbers you already looked up. **2. Saved templates** Dial in a setup once — compound, vial size, BAC water volume, target dose — and save it as a template. Next time, one click loads the whole thing. Perfect for the compounds you run cycle after cycle. **3. Watchlist integration** Compounds on your watchlist show up as quick-load cards, so you can jump straight into a calculation for anything you're tracking without hunting through the directory. **4. Unit conversion (mcg ↔ mg)** Toggle between micrograms and milligrams on the dose field. The calculator converts internally so the syringe units stay accurate no matter which unit you're thinking in. **5. Live syringe visualizer** A drawn-to-scale syringe updates in real time as you change inputs, so you can see exactly where your dose lands on the barrel before you pull the plunger. **6. Automatic protocol parsing** When a compound's dosing protocol is documented in the directory, the calculator reads it and suggests the matching vial + reconstitution combo — so you're not matching numbers by eye. --- ## 🚀 How to use it 1. Open **Helix 360** → the calculator sits right on the home page. 2. Search or pick a compound (or load a saved template / watchlist card). 3. Adjust vial size, BAC water, and target dose. 4. Watch the syringe visualizer + unit readout update live. 5. Hit **Save as Template** to lock it in for next time. --- Cheers, Luka 🧬 --- *All information is intended strictly for qualified laboratory research professionals. DSIP Anecdotal experience
DSIP Research Update: My Best Sleep in Months – Anecdotal Log (June 19, 2026) Father’s Day Eve Hey Helix360 community, I wanted to share a quick personal update on my ongoing experimentation with DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide). Last night marked a noticeable breakthrough, and I figured it could be helpful for anyone else exploring sleep optimization, recovery, or peptide protocols. The Sleep Score That Stood Out For the first time in a long while, my Oura Ring showed a full 8+ hours of sleep with both REM and Deep sleep sitting at 23% each. That balance felt like a game-changer. (Attached: Screenshot from my Oura Ring showing the breakdown) What I Changed This Time: A few variables likely played a role, so I’m keeping it real and not claiming any single “magic bullet”: - Had an amazing, low-stress day — spent quality time at a beautiful park and beach with my family and Golden retriever. Mental reset was huge. - Slept with the AC running all night (cooler room = deeper sleep for me). - Took 1mg Tesamorelin right before bed (about 2 hours after my last meal). - Bumped my DSIP dose up to 700 mcg — I’ve been titrating slowly and noticed incremental improvements, but last night felt like the dose finally hit a sweet spot. I’ve been alcohol-free for over 8 months now, which I believe is foundational to all of this. On top of that, I’m currently in the best shape of my life — consistent training, high-protein nutrition, and the rest of my peptide/TRT stack supporting recovery. Everything feels synergistic. My DSIP Takeaways So Far DSIP is still very much in the “personal research” phase for me. I’m using the common 200-300 mcg starting range and titrating up carefully. Last night’s deeper, longer sleep with solid REM/Deep percentages aligns with what many report about its potential to support delta wave activity and overall sleep architecture. Of course, this is N=1 anecdotal data — individual results vary based on lifestyle, other compounds, stress, environment, etc. Always do your own research.

New Hero Card: Journal - Update 7.11.2026 v1.3
I've added a Symptom Journal hero card to the Helix360 home page — track how you feel over time. What's New 🎉 Hero Card on the Home Page — A new "Symptom Journal" card now live in homepage dashboard section, making it easy to jump straight into your journal. You'll also find a "Journal" tile in the navigation strip for quick access from anywhere in the app. What You Can Do - Log symptoms and side effects — Choose from 15+ symptom types including injection site reactions, GI issues, mood changes, fatigue, brain fog, and more. - Rate severity from 1 (mild) to 5 (severe) with a color-coded visual scale. - Tag body location — Pinpoint where you're feeling it: injection site, head, abdomen, back, full body, etc. - Add notes — Capture timing relative to doses, possible triggers, duration, and context. - Edit and delete entries — Full control over your own records with inline editing. - Visualize trends — An interactive chart correlates your dosing frequency with reported symptom severity over 7, 30, or 90-day windows, so you can spot patterns between what you're taking and how you're feeling. Double click on doses taken per day in visualize graphs. - Logs leveraged for your own personal AI Health Assistant chat From the home page, click the new Symptom Journal hero card or tap Journal in the nav strip. Your journal starts completely empty — add your first entry and build a personal health timeline from there. Track what you feel. Spot the patterns. Make informed decisions. Health Data Assistant - AI Chat Now live! Big Update 7.11.2026 v1.1
Feeling GREAT! 🏆
This morning I finally woke up and saw the scale break 200lbs (199lbs) at 5.11 feet tall and 21% body fat with only a 7 of visceral fat. 185lbs and ~15% body fat seems even more attainable than ever before! At my highest 245lbs I felt sluggish my relationship with food was bad and my blood work really bad. Triglycerides very high at 195+ and other markers in the red. Now my labs are all green and I can keep up with my Golden retriever. Life is good and I'm super thankful for my brother in law who opened a new world to me when he mentioned Reta. For the first time since high school I can look in the mirror and see ab definition and I'm only at 21% body fat and have ~15lbs left to goal. None of this would have happened without my brother-in-law introducing me to TRT then Reta. That conversation opened a whole new world of tools, discipline, and sustainable change—combined with training, high-protein nutrition, and the right mindset. I’m genuinely excited to see what the next 6–12 months bring. Life feels lighter, clearer, and full of possibility. If you’re on your own journey, keep going. We only get one body—treat it well, stay consistent, and the results will come. Here’s to all of us improving our quality of life, one pound and one better day at a time. 💪 Luka 🧬 https://Helix360.Life
