Welcome to Helix360
The Problem: I was juggling a dozen different tools, websites, apps, and even pen & paper just to keep track of my research, peptides, supplements, workouts, labs, nutrition, and overall health goals. It was messy and time-consuming. The Solution: So I built what I always wished existed — a clean, comprehensive all-in-one platform that brings everything together in one place. It’s mobile friendly so I can log quickly and efficiently without needing to be in front of my PC. Below are a few screenshots of the current platform: Helix360 features already live: 1. Active Schedules + Cycle Planner + Daily Peptide/Supplement Logging 2. Smart Vial Inventory (powder & reconstituted vials) 3. Automatic vial deduction + visual doses remaining 4. Import & visualize lab reports with AI insights 5. Weight, protein, water, energy tracking + physique before/after timeline 6. Macro/Food tracker with AI insights 7. Gym workout programs with AI guidance 8. Muscle readiness tracker (Green = Ready, Yellow = Recovering, Red = Sore) 9. Oura Ring API integration for sleep & recovery data 10. Comprehensive Peptide Guide, Dosing Calculator, tips & protocols (with AI insights) This is still our MVP, and with your feedback we’re going to keep improving and adding more powerful features. If you’re serious about optimizing your health, research, and performance — I’d love to have you as an early user. Enjoy the journey! Luka 💪 — Helix360.Life
My review of Rythm Health 🩸
I Really Wanted Rythm to Be My New Single Source of Truth. The Numbers Had Other Plans. If you’ve tried Rythm please share your feedback 👀 Like a lot of people optimizing hormones, recovery, and long-term health, I was genuinely excited about Rythm Health. The pitch is compelling: painless at-home collection, fast turnaround, clean digital reports, monthly trend tracking, and the convenience of never having to sit in a Quest waiting room again. I wanted it to become my go-to single source of truth..one reliable system I could trust month after month without the friction of traditional labs. 🧬 So I put it to a real-world test. I ran Rythm and Quest on the same day, both fasted, to eliminate as many variables as possible (oh I shipped back same day overnight as well). Most of my markers came back higher on Rythm. The clearest example was total testosterone: 1300 ng/dL on Rythm versus 1000 ng/dL on Quest—a roughly 23% difference. That is not a small rounding error. When you’re using these numbers to guide dosing, estradiol management, or training recovery decisions, a gap that size matters. My triglycerides and estradiol were also higher. Most test were off by 20-35%. What I Liked About Rythm ❤️ The experience itself is excellent. The collection is genuinely painless and fast. No needles, no clinic, no scheduling hassle. The company appears well-run—they operate their own lab, the automation and reporting feel modern, and their chat support is responsive. For pure convenience and user experience, Oh I got my results back in 2 days! Rythm wins easily. If the numbers had lined up more closely, I would have switched without hesitation. Maybe Why the Numbers Didn’t Match 🧐 There are several plausible reasons a same-day, fasted comparison can still produce meaningfully different results: - Capillary vs. venous blood. Rythm uses a small-volume capillary collection (Tasso-style device). Quest uses a standard venous draw. Capillary and venous blood are not identical for every analyte, and the difference can show up more clearly in hormones and some lipids.

New recon calculator update 7.15.2026 v1.4 🧬
We just shipped a completely rebuilt **Reconstitution Calculator** on Helix 360. It's live on the home page now, and it's designed to remove the math, the guesswork, and the "wait, did I already save this?" moments from your research prep. ## 🔬 What's new **1. Auto-fill from the compound database** Pick a compound from the directory and the calculator pulls its vial sizes, reconstitution notes, and dosing protocols automatically. No more re-keying numbers you already looked up. **2. Saved templates** Dial in a setup once — compound, vial size, BAC water volume, target dose — and save it as a template. Next time, one click loads the whole thing. Perfect for the compounds you run cycle after cycle. **3. Watchlist integration** Compounds on your watchlist show up as quick-load cards, so you can jump straight into a calculation for anything you're tracking without hunting through the directory. **4. Unit conversion (mcg ↔ mg)** Toggle between micrograms and milligrams on the dose field. The calculator converts internally so the syringe units stay accurate no matter which unit you're thinking in. **5. Live syringe visualizer** A drawn-to-scale syringe updates in real time as you change inputs, so you can see exactly where your dose lands on the barrel before you pull the plunger. **6. Automatic protocol parsing** When a compound's dosing protocol is documented in the directory, the calculator reads it and suggests the matching vial + reconstitution combo — so you're not matching numbers by eye. --- ## 🚀 How to use it 1. Open **Helix 360** → the calculator sits right on the home page. 2. Search or pick a compound (or load a saved template / watchlist card). 3. Adjust vial size, BAC water, and target dose. 4. Watch the syringe visualizer + unit readout update live. 5. Hit **Save as Template** to lock it in for next time. --- Cheers, Luka 🧬 --- *All information is intended strictly for qualified laboratory research professionals. DSIP Anecdotal experience
DSIP Research Update: My Best Sleep in Months – Anecdotal Log (June 19, 2026) Father’s Day Eve Hey Helix360 community, I wanted to share a quick personal update on my ongoing experimentation with DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide). Last night marked a noticeable breakthrough, and I figured it could be helpful for anyone else exploring sleep optimization, recovery, or peptide protocols. The Sleep Score That Stood Out For the first time in a long while, my Oura Ring showed a full 8+ hours of sleep with both REM and Deep sleep sitting at 23% each. That balance felt like a game-changer. (Attached: Screenshot from my Oura Ring showing the breakdown) What I Changed This Time: A few variables likely played a role, so I’m keeping it real and not claiming any single “magic bullet”: - Had an amazing, low-stress day — spent quality time at a beautiful park and beach with my family and Golden retriever. Mental reset was huge. - Slept with the AC running all night (cooler room = deeper sleep for me). - Took 1mg Tesamorelin right before bed (about 2 hours after my last meal). - Bumped my DSIP dose up to 700 mcg — I’ve been titrating slowly and noticed incremental improvements, but last night felt like the dose finally hit a sweet spot. I’ve been alcohol-free for over 8 months now, which I believe is foundational to all of this. On top of that, I’m currently in the best shape of my life — consistent training, high-protein nutrition, and the rest of my peptide/TRT stack supporting recovery. Everything feels synergistic. My DSIP Takeaways So Far DSIP is still very much in the “personal research” phase for me. I’m using the common 200-300 mcg starting range and titrating up carefully. Last night’s deeper, longer sleep with solid REM/Deep percentages aligns with what many report about its potential to support delta wave activity and overall sleep architecture. Of course, this is N=1 anecdotal data — individual results vary based on lifestyle, other compounds, stress, environment, etc. Always do your own research.
