Quick observation from decades in the gym.
Most lifters don’t actually follow a training system.
They follow a training style.
A style usually means:
More exercises
More sets
More days in the gym
More exhaustion
And because the workout feels hard, people assume it must be working.
But effort alone doesn’t guarantee progress.
A system answers different questions:
• How much work actually stimulates growth?
• When is the stimulus complete?
• How long should recovery take?
• How do you progress the next workout?
Without that structure, a lot of lifters just repeat workouts and hope something changes.
This is exactly what we’ll be breaking down in tomorrow’s Heavy Duty Nation live session.

If you’ve been stuck in your training or feel like your workouts aren’t producing what they should, this is the conversation to be in.
And if you want to understand the system behind my training, I’ve laid it out step-by-step inside my manuals.
Stay intense,
