The Wisdom in the Wound: Why I Keep Choosing to Heal 💜
For a long time, I just thought pain was normal. Like most people, I carried old hurts, heartbreaks, and family stuff, thinking that’s just life. “You just get on with it,” people would say. And I did. For years. But underneath it all, something didn’t feel right. No matter what I achieved or how many people I helped, a part of me still felt heavy—like something was unfinished. I’d learned how to keep going through pain, but not how to actually move through it. Then things started to shift. I began to see that trauma isn’t something you just manage—it’s something you can face and learn from. Behind every wound, there’s a story. And in those stories, there’s often something important waiting to be understood. That’s where Shamanic Transcendence Therapy came from. Not from books or theory—but from lived experience. From sitting with the uncomfortable stuff. From meeting my pain with care instead of pushing it away. It’s not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of us that have always been there—quiet, waiting to be remembered. Right now, I’m stepping into that space again. With the support of two wise and grounded women I trust, I’m going into another round of healing. To face the bits I’ve not yet looked at. To let the Earth hold me while I offer up what I’m carrying. Because no matter how much I’ve learned or shared with others, I’m still on this path. I always will be. And I want you to know—you don’t have to carry your pain forever. There is another way. One that doesn’t rush or avoid the hard stuff, but gently guides you through it. If something inside you is stirring… if a part of you is ready to look at what’s been buried… know that you’re not alone. There’s a path. It’s steady, it’s real—and when you’re ready, it’ll be there for you too. With love, Fed 🐝💜
