Hello beautiful souls. I hope you are having a magnificent day. Today I am resting much while nurturing a migraine. When they happen it is a reminder to me to eat certain foods to nurture my body. To listen to Reiki and healing frequencies. To hydrate more and drink nurturing teas. To self love and give myself compassion to be ok with slowing down and resting for the day. All of these things help to raise my frequency and help shift the head pain away. My purpose with clients is to help them on a natural path to healing and to reduce or completely be able to terminate use of pharmaceuticals unless an emergency. Hi I’ve just joined, I’m based in Penarth, South Wales. I’m currently trained in 3 healing which is a quantum healing modality that uses crystals, light codes and light language.
