Last week I baked cakes for a customer holding an event for potential buyers of homes in a development they built. Afterwards I received the a very gratifying text message from them, “The cheesecake was a huge hit! They were so good!!! Thank you for sharing your gift and love of baking with us… please send me your invoice and I’ll get a check to you… I also have down to email you on Sunday and place my order for next week? Is that okay? The event is on Thursday?!
Makes all the effort and time getting to this point worth it.
