Gamify your life
One thing that’s changed everything for me is gamifying my life. I listed out small habits that I want to automate into my life and assigned point values to them. Once I get 150 points I get to schedule a massage. What habits do you want to cultivate and what would be your reward?
Small Actions compound over time
1) ask yourself what type of person do you want to be? Example: a runner 2) what does that type of person do? Ex: run 3) what is one small step you can do every day? Ex: put on your running shoes Let us know your answers below!

What do you usually drink? Is it water throughout the day and /or smoothies, juices. Does anyone drink herbal teas? I sometimes get bored with water.

What days of the week and times of day are you available for a monthly group call? Please reply in the comments below with all your availability. And I will do my best to accommodate everybody!
