Protein Powders - very good price!
Just got out of Lidl- they do a good range of protein powder (Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, possibly Blueberry also) for £9.99. I've been looking for vanilla for some weeks now so glad to find it. It feels a bit smaller than your standard Tesco, etc, stocked ones but personally I'm happier with that as I didn't particularly want massive pouches of a set flavour if I didn't end up liking it much. They also do 'angel delight' style high protein pudding mixes you make up with boiling water, not too high in cals but I'll report back on taste, etc when I've tried them out.
