I'd be ok going to work on a view like that..... You reminded me actually - I work on the racecourses at bigger meetings around the country and this year I worked at Epsom Downs for the Derby meeting in June. I stayed at the Chessington Safari Hotel and this was my view from the dining area each morning:

No Instagram- not personal anyhow Ideal outcome - for me, healthy weight, strong frame, reduce joints pain enough to reduce anti-inflammatory medication daily to only when needed. This year- get down to what I call my 'fighting weight'. Not going to put a number on here, but it's acheivable with some intense focus. I'm 25 years older than when I was last there and hormones are against me now, so it's all taking a bit longer than I'd like, but I'm aiming for it nevertheless. Why now? Because it's about time I invested some time, effort and belief in me. No one else can. Picture is me at the door of my dream car at Epsom Races on Derby day. Will always look at this and smile.

Good quality and well priced gym equipment
Don't know if anyone spotted this, but Aldi's Specialbuys on Thursday 21st August included gym equipment- Ethan had recently set me a new kettlebell based circuit but the smallest bell at the gym was 8kg, a bit heavy to use 2 when stepping up (for me anyway!). Aldi had 4kg & 6kg soft kettle bells, 4, 6, 10, 12 kettle weighted balls, a really nice quality, thick, folding fitness mat, weighted bags and a battle rope. Really reasonably priced and good quality. I got 3 kettlebells, a mat and a weighted ball for £43. Very pleased with my haul!
