January time my BP was fluctuating around the 170/98. I was put on ramipril. I've always had low bp so was quite a shock and a bit of a wake up call. My dad and uncle both died in their 60s of cardiovascular related problems.. I joined Everlast and started pottering around at the gym, trying to eat better although wasn't counting. Randomly asked Ethan for some help with some equipment one day and realised I could probably do with some additional support so signed up with him very, very recently. My BP today is down to 122/76, my pulse around 74. This means a lot to me because I was devastated when my dad passed away suddenly and would hate to do that to my kids. The more I learn and try the better I feel about walking into the gym. January i was a bag of nerves. I'm hoping to reduce my bp a little more but mostly focusing on the weight loss to improve my overall wellbeing. I'm so pleased that even though it took me four months to speak to anyone at the gym at least it was Ethan who has already been amazingly supportive of my goals 😊
