You Don’t Have to Do the Holidays Alone
For those living with chronic illness like ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Long COVID and other fatiguing conditions. the holiday season can bring a complicated mix of emotions. While this time of year is filled with celebration for many, it can also highlight feelings of isolation, fatigue, grief for what we can’t do, or pressure to “push through” even when our bodies say no. But you are not alone.You are part of a community that understands. And together, we can create a gentler season. In this space, we celebrate the small victories. We honor the need for rest. We understand that pacing is a powerful act of self-love. And we hold space for each other, especially when the holidays feel heavy. Let’s lean into connection, support, and compassion this season.
