Ideas for Challenges
We're going to be adding some new monthly challenges to Habitual Growth and its communities. The idea behind these additional challenges is to get people to take action for at least a week during the month on something new that they either want to try or get rid of. This could be things like giving up caffeine, getting to bed by a certain time, abstaining from alcohol, etc. What ideas do you have or would you like to see in these monthly challenges?

Habitual Growth 100-Day Challenge
If you're new to this group, we have an ongoing challenge happening through March 2025. You can jump in any time! There are prizes for the leaders at the end of the challenge. The challenge I'm referencing is the 100-Day 10,000 steps per day challenge. We currently have about 40 people doing this challenge and anyway is welcome.
